HIGH: 4:42PM, LOW 10:54AM: Surprise! All the elements are in place, so we actually have surf today. Wave height is Chest High at this posting. The wind is clocking: from ESE to SSW at 12 to 15 mph. The sun is out and weather condition are mild so wind chill should be nominal.
