Ocean surface is still flat! The good news is that we have less wind then yesterday and mild air temps. We are at the end of February and water temps are still in the mid to high 40's. This means that the OBX should have warmer air temps this spring. By April my best guess would be in the low 50's. But at this posting we have a flat ocean as Corolla comes out of high tide. NOTE: WE RENT & SELL STAND-UP PADDLE BOARDS. GARY, COROLLA SURF SHOP.
