The âXâ factor today is the NNE wind blowing at 19mph. You can tell by the pictures that surface conditions are choppy but the upside to the wind is an increase in wave height. The size at this moment would be thigh to waist. High tide will flip at 11:18AM, so there might be sections later on this evening but wind has to drop. Wind chill is in the low 40's.
