highway 12 is closed south of oregon inlet until further notice. they are setting the ferry service back up from stumpy point to rodanthe but i'm not sure when they will start letting visitors back on. you will be able to get here from ocracoke.wind forecast today to be W at 15 to 20 mph. i'm guessing on the size with no one out.
