Thanks to Matt Cooper @ 99.1, The Sound. 1st on-air surf report of the year. Monday's surf & wind is out of the ENE. Wind is blowing at 20 mph+. Air & water temps are matching each other at 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Waist high lefts with choppy surface conditions and a wind chill that feels like 35 degrees.
