The "X" factor is the North wind. It picked up speed yesterday afternoon and is still blowing this AM. The North side-shore has chopped up the surface and cut size down. Wave height is only ankle slapper to knee. The good is that water temps are in the mid-50's. Still a decent spring day on the beach.
