Virginia Beach / OBX Corolla

Conditions are just a little better the yesterday. The wind is out of the East w/a less speed then yesterday. Wave height is knee cap to thigh and semi-choppy. We are in between the tides, incoming. The on-shore wind has pushed water temps back up to 54 degrees Fahrenheit. By Sunday, we should be back to normal spring like conditions.
