The wind is still out of the ENE blowing at 15 mph plus. This means that surface conditions are choppy but there are some rights to be surfed. The sections only stay open for an about 3 seconds. Here is the good news: the on-shore wind has bumped water temps up to 59 degrees Fahrenheit.
