Virginia Beach / OBX Corolla

Wave height at this 8:00 AM posting is only ankle slapper to knee cap high. But the tide is going from low to high at this posting. This should help to give the surf a little push: maybe increase too knee-cap plus. We have an off-shore wind out of the WSW blowing at 15 mph. H2O is 64 degrees due to the off-shore wind.
