The strong on-shore wind that we have had for the last 3 days is finally backing off. Wave height has dropped down to waist but surface conditions still have some residual chop. At this noon posting, Corolla has an incoming tide and a H2O that feels like a bath tub: 82 degrees Fahrenheit.
