It's 4:20 at the OB pier in San Diego - Today started off with steady rain and small waves, but it's looking pretty good now. Clear skies, light wind out of the SE, and our new NW swell is starting to show in the thigh-shoulder range. Water is kind of murky after the downpour but that's not stopping the weekend crowd. Overall it seems to be pretty fun out there... while I was filming the longboarder on the south side, some dude was getting shacked on the north side. Definitely some quick little barrels out there. Tomorrow should be awesome. Air temp: 70F. Water temp: 60F.
