I took these pictures as Corolla’s tide was outgoing. There is ground swell coming from the ESE: knee to waist. But at this low tide posting, our sandbars might be a too shallow. I would wait till about 11:30AM and see if the incoming tide improves conditions. The steady off-shore is keeping water temps down. Current H2O is 61 degrees Fahrenheit. PSA: COROLLA HAS A HEAT INDEX OF WELL OVER 100 DEGREES. EXTREME CHANCE OF HEAT EXHAUSTION. DRINK LOTS OF WATER. GARY, COROLLA SURF SHOP
