Thanks to Tropical Storm Julia, Corolla is experiencing a change in surf conditions. The wind has switched and is now blowing on-shore (ESE) at 15 mph at this posting. Wave height is waist to almost chest. Note: I took these pictures at dead high. Corolla�s breaks will start working once the tide drops.
