After yesterday’s summer weather, Corolla has gone back to our classic winter reality. The wind switched last night from the SWS to the ENE. This has chopped up the ocean and created a side-shore current running not to south. Wave hight is about thigh high but I really couldn’t see any surf able section. Wind speed is 20 mpg which means wind chill has dropped into the high 30’s. Good News: we have had a very mild winter so far and H2O temps have only dropped down into the low 40’s.
