Virginia Beach / OBX Corolla

I just got off the beach. Great weather but very small surf: ankle slapper to maybe knee cap high. Air temp is currently 70 degrees Fahrenheit and H20 is 51 degrees. Th tide just flipped at 12:30, some have an incoming tide. But the wind is out of the Southeast which is not helping the surf.
