Virginia Beach / OBX Corolla

At this posting, Corolla has an outgoing tide & waist to chest surf. The wind is off-shore and blowing at 15 mph. There are some quick sections to be had, but I have to classify to conditions as “wind dependentâ€Â. The on-shore wind has moved the warmer waters close to shore.
