Corolla, NC:
Paddle out with caution: thunderstorms in the region:Corolla woke up this AM to a sever rain/thunderstorm. The effect on surface conditions was that we had a glass off. We currently have an incoming tide: high is at 12:11Noon. Wave height is waist plus and clean. But we recommend waiting till about 2:00 PM to see if the only option is to ride shore break. Due to the offshore wind, water temps dropped down into the low 60’s: PSA: BE CAREFUL DRIVING THROUGH STANDING WATER. GARY, COROLLA SURF SHOP
