Good afternoon! It is a gray and dark day out here on the beach. The winds are out of the NNE at 8-10 mph causing for glassy, clean conditions on the Gulf. Today is a great day to go paddleboarding...if you have a good wetsuit and maybe booties...and gloves...and hot chocolate...and lots of water to make pee. Okay well maybe not the pee part (but we all know you do it) but it is still a great day to be out here! Any day on the beach is a good day to me! We will have a report for you tomorrow! Corolla, NC:

The surf is still choppy & out of control. Wave height is around chest high but the sections are unpredictable due to the ENE wind. However air temps are milder: in the low 50’s. Conditions would improve if the wind would turn to the West. Good morning. It's another cloudy morning out here at the beach. The wind is blowing out of the ENE at 5-7 mph and the air temperature is 51 degrees. The surf is only running ankle high. We may have a small wave this weekend so keep your eyes on it. We will give you another updated report at midday. Have an awesome FRIDAY!

Huntington Beach, Ca:

sorry I have been gone for a while - the waves have been pitiful here in HB and generally all over Orange county. There has just been nothing happening. After a strong start to fall it has just died here in Movember - today is no exception. maybe kneed high breaking very close to the sand. Overall just so super duper small and gutless. Maybe a long board wave out there but that is it. Nothing on the horizon until turkey day'ish.
