Satellite Beach:
Tough paddle out. Waves are 2-3ft overhead on sets. Offshore winds. Get on it.

Nantasket:
Sorry, I mis-described the radio button for the winds - it was semi-clean/textured out of the south. Today, it will be similarly dicey but there could be periods particularly towards the afternoon where the south is sort of SSW. Who knows? Might get cleaner by some luck. Enjoy!

Nantasket:
Still plenty of consistent longer-period mush and some occasional bigger sets - hence high surf advisory may still be in effect (mostly for southern exposures). Lines are hard to make on shortboard but lots of nice fun rides yesterday. Easy paddle, plenty of waves. Might uptick some through the weekend - every foot counts. Let's hope!

Ocracoke, NC:
decent wave if you didnt get it yesterday. Also, big props to local surfer Patrick O. (AKA the HOFF) for pulling a young woman out of a rip current who was on the verge of drowning.

Corolla, NC:
As soon as I finish my reports, I'm going surfing! Wave height is smaller then yesterday: waist too chest high but the hasn't flipped. The wind is swirling: clocking from SW to W by the second. Quicker sections today. The tide will have a greater effect on size due to the smaller wave height. I probably looking at North Whalehead for my 1st session: NOTE: NEXT SATURDAY CSS IS HOLDING THE CSS LONG BOARD INVITATIONAL AT 1:00 PM. 1ST PLACE WINNER WINS A BRAND NEW MURRAY ROSS LONG BOARD. Email us at info@corollasurfshop.com for an entry form. GARY, COROLLA SURF SHOP

Pensacola, FL:
Good morning. It is a beautiful morning out here at Pensacola Beach. The surf is running knee, thigh and hip high. The wind is blowing out of the NE at 3 mph causing for glassy conditions. The air temperature is 78 degrees. Don't forget that Innerlight has their free kids surf contest today. Go check it out. It should be fun. We will give you another update later this morning. Have a great Saturday.

Should be another fun day with lots of sets to choose from. 4ft sets should not be hard to find but dont be surprised when some bigger lines roll in. Have fun and be safe.

Chest to head high plus. Winds are on it early from the S and will be all day. Should continue to build throughout the day and overnight. Tomorrow could see some real good clean conditions as winds are forecasted to go NW.
