Good afternoon surfers! The surf is still flat but it is beautiful out here! It is a great day to SUP! The water is crystal clear and the wind has backed off to 7-8 mph out of the NE. Magicseaweed and Swellinfo are both calling for the surf to come up tomorrow. So, we'll see! We will have you up to date info all tomorrow. So keep checking. We will update our phone report first thing tomorrow morning.

Good afternoon surfers! It's still flat, but it is gorgeous out here!! The winds are still 8-10 mph out of the NE causing for glassy flat conditions on the gulf. I saw a lot of SUPers out there! I would totally go hit some flat water Gulf SUPing today!! The water is crystal clear. I would wear a top or a lycra top while SUPing to cut the wind. It does have a bit of chill in the air....but it didn't bother the masses that were headed for the beach today!! Remember all the toll lanes are open on Pensacola Beach even the one to the very right hand side!!! It keeps the traffic moving and gets us all on the beach faster!! Keep checking back we will have an evening report for you!

Today is just an example of how quickly weather & ocean conditions can switch on the Outer Banks. Wednesday was small fun long board day. Today the ocean is out of control with strong side shore currents, wind coming off the ocean & over head surf. With an air temp of 50 degrees Fahrenheit and a wind speed 23 mph plus, wind chill will feel like the low 40's on the beach.
