New York:
Small again today. Knee to waist high. Winds are light E early but will increase later in the day. Should build throughout the day and overnight. Looking like Sunday could see the best of it as winds are forcasted to go NNE.

Santa Teresa, CR:
New S swell started building in with 17 sec period. Waves were in the 3-5 ft range at the beach break. S swell moves totally in tomorrow, with overhead surf. Check the reefs, Sunset and Penon. If you can get a ride, Cabuya might get interesting!
