Small again today. Knee to waist high at best. Winds are light S early and will be all day. May see some building conditions for the weekend. We'll keep you posted.
Small but fun waves, offshore winds, beautiful and sunny day. Two boats on the way to Puerto Sandino. Good waves are expected in the afternoon with more size.
Kyle Latch lined up hagastyle rights somehow. Ledgy drops on allkine jetty and then long right zone into the beachbreak chout zone somehow. Getting tubed zones for allkine connie zones. Well let the judge decide where this zone is somehow because guy hagi said da weather sunny somehow zones allkine tradition. Allkines chout the world.
If I didn't know better, I would say we are well into May but it is only March 20th. At this posting we have an out-going tide, knee-to-thigh high swell and a wind out of the East to Southeast. Great beach day and a decent long board with workable sections. I took these pictures at the location Corolla Surf School holds their lessons. Our sand bars looking very good for the summer. Great surf today! Swell peaked with nice open faces, slightly overhead, down at the beach break. 2-3 ft overhead at the most exposed reef breaks. The best was with the upcoming tide, at 9 am, but continued till past noon. Light offshore all morning made surf even better, holding a bit the faces before they break. Lots of deep barrels! Swell starts fading tomorrow. Catch it good early!
