Corolla, NC:

It looks like we are about to get a change in weather patterns within the next 24 hours. At this posting Corolla will be getting precipitation with the help of a warm front coming in from SSW. The wind is blowing at 15 to 17 mph and there is hardly any surf. The side-shore chop is from the south. Tee shirt weather at this posting but that will change. New York:

Waist to chest high and choppy. Winds are on it early from the ENE and will be all day. Should build throughout the day and into tomorrow. May see clean up late in the day Sat or early Sun morning.

Cape Hatteras, NC:

very windy here this morning and too much water with the high tide. wind forecast to be SW at 25 to 35 mph. water temp probably in the 50's.

North Hampton, NH:

2/24/12 6:45am Glassy knee/thigh high sets wind calm becoming east 10mph by noon chopping it up high tide 12:52pm low 6:59am shop open 10-6

New York:

Waist to chest high and choppy. winds are on it early from the WSW but are forecasted to go WNW later in the day. May see clean up for this afternoon.
