Corolla, NC:

The wind has finally switched and speed has dropped off. But wave height has also dropped down too knee cap high. I took these pictures at 8:00AM, just after high tide. The tide needs to drop before most breaks will work here in Corolla. But it should be just another great fall day: NOTE: WE RENT BIKES. GARY, COROLLA SURF SHOP

Cape Hatteras, NC:

too bad it's high tide and the sandbars are so-so as there's a nice little swell coming in. wind forecast to be west switching to the SW at 15 to 20 mph. water in the mid 60's.
