Corolla, NC:

Corolla will need for the tide to drop before it swell begins to break with any predictability. High tide is at 9:16AM, so the sections should start breaking around 11:00AM. We have a steady off-shore wind (at this posting) blowing at 11 to 12 mph. Great Falls temps & I need to find another reason to sneak out from all my responsibilities & go surfing. there might be a few sets bigger than stomach high. wind forecast to be SW at 10 to 15 mph and increasing later this morning. high tide around 9 AM. water temp upper 60's.

Choppy conditions in the chest to shoulder high range. Winds are on it early from the SE and will be all day. Clean up possible for Sunday. We'll keep you posted.
