Thunder storms and rain showers blew through Outer Banks last night but had little effect on the surf. Wednesday's High tide surf looks just like this mornings surf. Cape Hatteras, NC:

smaller and less consistent than yesterday. high tide around 9 AM. wind forecast to be SW at 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph.

New York:

Waist to chest high and choppy. Winds are on it early from the SSE but are forecasted to go SW later in the day. Looking like late in the day Sat. into Sunday morning could be the clean up.

New York:

Waist high and choppy. Winds are on it from the ESE and will be all day. Should build over the next few days. May see clean up for Saturday or Sunday.

Brevard County, FL:

Knee high all day but it looks like we might get a nice swell come Sun. have fun and be safe.

Clearwater Beach, FL:

we have a cold front coming thru this weekend and the swell chart shows only 3ft surf saturday,but with the predicted winds from the north at 17 to 20mph you know it will be bigger.lets all hope so.
