Little underlying swell with the windswell is producing some rideable but bumpy surf.

How things can change in 12 hours. Yesterday I was surfing knee high clean long board peeling lines. Today, the ocean is out of control. At this posting, we have very rough seas, a side-shore current running North to South. Conditions will clean up within three days: NOTE: WE ARE SELLING ALL OF OUR RENTAL EQUIPMENT. SURFBOARDS, BODY BOARDS, WET SUITS, SUPs AND BIKES. GARY, COROLLA SURF SHOP www.corollasurfshop.com

New York:
Still some clean little waves coming in. Waist high with some bigger sets. Winds are NW early and wil be all day. Looks like some fun little waves at the right tide. More waves for the middle of next week.

Cape Hatteras, NC:
the NE wind kicked in last night and has made a mess of the surf here. it's overhead and mixed up and very windy with a lot of current. wind forecast to be NE 20 to 30 mph diminishing some this afternoon. a report from frisco says there's too much east in the wind but there is swell over there.
