Inside close outs seem to rule as storm wiped out sand bar that previously provided the outside break.

New York:

Head high to overhead and clean. Winds are N early but will go W later in the day. Some really good waves coming in. Get on it before the winds go W.

Cape Hatteras, NC:

the pictures make it look better than it is early this AM. lots of closeouts with an occasional one that lines up right. lots of water moving around at high tide which was around 6 AM. wind forecast to be SW at 5 to 10 mph.
