Cape Hatteras, NC:

swell from distant hurricane katia is starting to fill in with some doubled up closeouts and backwash. possibly better at a higher tide except the wind is forecast to become south at 15 to 20 mph.

New York:

Small and choppy again today. WInds are S early and will be all day. Should see building conditions over the next few days with clean up expected for Thur/Fri.
