Playa Santa Teresa, CR:

Surf this morning is in the chest to head high range with a few overhead sets pushing through every now and then. Unfortunately the extreme southerly angle is making the beachbreaks a little closed out and the size is a little small for the reefs to work this morning. Surface conditions are glassy and wave form could improve as the tide fills in this afternoon. Pictures taken from Gumbo Limbo Villas.

the 'swell' seems a touch bigger than yesterday but the tide is super high and it's barely breaking. water temps are finally reasonable. forecast wind is northeast at 5 to 10 mph.

The feature waves were at "Terraza" this morning, there were close out overhead sets with some rideable shoulders but no surfers.

New York:

Flat conditions for today. Winds are light ENE early and will be all day. May see some clean little waves for Saturday.

light onshore, good fishin day, maybe a longboard, should increase in size as the wind comes up ESE 10-15
