Cape Hatteras, NC:
Wind is blowing SW pretty hard this morning. Surf dropped down since yesterday. Mostly waist to chest, sometimes maybe a little bigger, a mix of sideshore and offshore winds, mostly breaking all at once and then reforming quickly

New York:
Choppy conditions in the chest to shoulder high range. Winds are on it early from the SSE but will go SW later in the day. Should continue to build throughout the day with good clean conditions expected for tomorrow as winds go NW.
