Glassy and calm. Paddle boarders are out and loving glass and very small waves. They are catching every one and the surfers are catching a few.

When I took the picture surf was small. When I went out a half hour later it started going off with great 3-4 foot waves outside that you could ride to the beach. Glassy, calm.
