1/26/09 – There’s definitely some longer period swell in the water, and the buoys are picking it up in Onslow Bay (see www.cormp.org) – to no surprise, the east side of the pier is showing more. Still really small (maybe 2 feet ) and inconsistent. Have a great day - pics from Bogue Inlet Pier.

Newport Beach, CA:

2-4 ft. Should be pretty clean in the morning, just watch the high tide. Offshore winds are expected. Probably be good after the high tide. Check out the lower jetties. See you out there! Good to see more West Coast reports!
