5/19/08 – Declining remnants of anything that blew up yesterday. Sideshorish west wind and waist-high. Nothing spectacular but rideable for sure - there would be a crowd on it here in a month with school out it and vacation season in full bloom. Little bump in the water, but tide is too high. Looks like there will be a fun little wave as the tide drops

New York:

Comments:  Knee to waist high at best.  Light West winds early will increase later in the day.  Should see a SW wind swell for the next few days.

Newport Beach, CA:

Today's waves are really fun today. Expect the samething tomorrow! It's hot and the water feels good!

Looks like it might be trying to work. Outside is starting to show life but mainly crumbly, shorebreak might be fishable. Some reports indicate a small building later today, lets hope.
