Oh Yeah! Water temp has hit 68 degrees, I think this is a high for the year. Corolla has a wind off the ocean that is creating rough waist to chest surf. I took these pictures right at high tide. Go surfing! Wave height is only waist plus high but the wind is out of the NW. Surface conditions are clean. Current water temps are 65-66 degrees Fahrenheit. Board(s) of Choice: any longboard or a fat swallow tail. NOTE: ALWAYS REMEMBER 6/6/1944 D-DAY

Today’s surf conditions match yesterday’s conditions. The wind is still out of the ENE blowing at 17 mph. This has an effect on 2 elements: surface conditions & water temp. The surface is semi-choppy but surf-able. You should use a board that can get out of closeouts quickly. Water and air temps are matching each other at 66 degrees Fahrenheit. I took these pictures an 1 1/2 before high tide. Please watch your kids: there is a strong side-shore current running not to south.
