We finally have semi-clean surf and sections with size. Wave hight is at least chest high and Corolla currently has a SSW wind. The off-shore wind is helping to hold up the faces. But the off-shore wind brought water temps down to 50-51 degrees Fahrenheit. This is not entry level surf. You will have a 200 to 300 yard paddle out. NOTE: WE LOVE TO DO TRADE IN’S. BRING YOUR OLD BOARD IN AND USE IT AS TRADE BAIT. GARY, COROLLA SURF SHOP

Quick sections with an on-shore wind! I would like to see a little less wind but I like the size. This would be a great day for a any swallow/fish board that reacts quickly. This is what I call a decent spring day. Wave height is waist plus with sections breaking both left & right. PLUS: H2O hit 54 dgerees Fahrenheit. The wind is out of the NNE but this doens't seem to hurt the quality of the surf. I just took these pictures on the North Beach: NOTE: WE JUST TOOK IN TRADE-IN'S ON 2 GSI SUPER FISH 8' 0". EXCELLENT SHAPE AND A GREAT PRICE. GARY, COROLLA SURF SHOP

Another small day at the Wedge which rarely seems to let the camera down. Was going for close-ups and even had a group of grey whales (i think) basking on the inside a couple towers down less than 100 yards offshore supplying additional entertainment as the wedge was doing her thing. Decent Surf and warmer air temps! Wave height is currently waist to almost chest w/a light wind out of the South. Plus the sun is out today with forecasted warmer air temps.
