Corolla has a changes in wind direction. The wind has clocked around from the SSW to the North. This change has caused air temps to drop, chopped up the ocean surface and brought in a cooler weather system into the region. Wave height is only ankle-slapper to knee but that is coming out of high tide. Th good news: we should have an all round improvement for Easter Sunday. NOTE: WE ARE WELLED STOCKED ON WETSUITS. This good news: air temps are supposed to go above 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Corolla’s current surf conditions: knee cap to thigh high surf; wind out of the south and a decent longboard wave. Finally! Corolla has great spring weather and decent surf. Wave height is currently knee-thigh high, and off-shore wind and glassy conditions. The forecast is for wind speed to pick as we move into the afternoon. My recommendation would be to consider going surfing now and catch the cleaner surf.
