Wave height is about 6" to a foot bigger then yesterday. Please remember that yesterday was less the knee cap. I just got off the beach doing a surf lesson. Water temps are around 60 degrees Fahrenheit. We are putting our smaller students into full wetsuits. The off-shore wind is helping the sections to stay open for a couple of seconds. Good morning. The surf is running ankle to shin high. The wind is blowing out of the NW at 5-7 mph and the air temperature is 81 degrees. High tide is at 8:08 this morning and low tide is at 7:03 tonight. I am still not seeing any real surf in our near future. Geez I really hope that changes soon. I need surf. Haha. Have a great Tuesday and we will give you another surf report at midday.

Santa Teresa, CR:

Tuesday July 8 2014. Waves were good and surf was fun today in Playa Santa Teresa. Old S swell continues to ease and waves were on the shoulder to head high range. Conditions were nice in the morning at the peak upfront Blue surf Sanctuary. A bit of onshore wind got the water choppy on the late afternoon.
