Good morning. We still have some surf out here at Pensacola Beach. It's running thigh to waist high. The wind is blowing out of the East at 9 mph and the air temperature is 74 degrees. High tide is at 12:59 this afternoon and low tide is early tomorrow morning at 12:08 am. It looks like we may have surf for the rest of the week. Keep your fingers crossed for that. A slight improvement over yesterday; wave height waist to almost chest on the faces. But the wind is still a factor. Wind speed is around 20 mph which is creating semi-choppy conditions. Things are looking up! The ENE wind is showing signs of backing off. The wind has pushed wave height to chest high plus. Water temps have reached 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The air temperature is 76 degrees. High tide is at 11:53 this morning and low tide is at 11:04 tonight. The winds are supposed to stay hard on it all day so the surf should increase.
