Pensacola, FL:
Good morning. The surf is running ankle to shin high. The wind is blowing out of the NE at 3-4 mph and the air temperature is 46 degrees. Low tide is at 7:51 this morning and high tide is at 10:03 tonight. The winds are supposed to switch pretty hard out of the SW later this afternoon so keep your eyes on it just in case. The surf models are not showing any real surf in the near future. Have a great Friday and we will give you another surf report at midday.

New York:

Chest to head high with some bigger sets. Winds are on it early from the NE and will be all day.  Some fun waves if you can get to beach.  Should still be some little waves for tomorrow morning.

Corolla, NC:
The fog finally let up enough for me to get a picture of the ocean. The surf is overhead & out of control. I could only see about 100 to 150 yards out but by the sound of surf, I'm sure it is breaking on the outside. Corolla has lots of water moving but air temps are very mild and there is no wind chill. NOTE: COROLLA SURF SHOP IS CURRENTLY INTERVIEWING FOR SUMMER POSITIONS. EMAIL YOUR REUSME TOO: info@corollasurfshop.com

Pensacola, FL:
Good afternoon! It is a beautiful day out here on Pensacola Beach. The sun is finally out and blindingly bright! The air temp is 51 degrees and the winds are coming out of the NNW at 4 mph. This is causing for offshore conditions and little shin high lines to break. We could have some kind of westerly push on Friday but we will keep our eyes on the surf and update as conditions change. Have great Thursday!

Good morning. The surf is running ankle to shin high with maybe a bigger set ever so often. The wind is blowing out of the NNW at 8-9 mph and the air temperature is 39 degrees. Low tide is at 7:38 this morning and high tide is at 10:03 tonight. I am not seeing any real surf in our future but hopefully that will change. I don’t know about everyone else but I am about ready for Summer. I am really to shed this wetsuit. Ha! Have a great Thursday and we will give you another surf report at midday.

Whoa!! Water temp (Duck Research Pier) is 36 degrees Fahrenheit. This is the coldest I have ever seen water temps drop. The coldest I have ever surfed 38 degrees. Everything is out of the ENE: wind, swell and Labrador Stream. Wave height is chest plus and surface conditions are choppy. We are just waiting to see if we get snow or slush? NOTE: SPEAKING OF COLD WATER: WE RENT WETSUITS WITH ALL THE ACCESSORIES. GARY, COROLLA SURF SHOP

Pensacola, FL:
Good afternoon! We still have some surf out here on Pensacola Beach. It is still running waist to chest high. The winds are out of the NE at 9 mph causing for some side offshore conditions. As the offshore winds get a more Northerly tilt to them, the surf should start cleaning up. It is chilly out there the air temp is 50 degrees and the water temp as of Monday was 56 degrees. Get on it today because it is supposed to be gone by tomorrow. There is a lot of drift. A LOT of drift. The waves have such an angle on them that it is making them hard to set up for and catch. The waves pictures below were hard won waves by quality surfers (really really really good!). Have a great day and we will keep our eyes on the Gulf and report back to you as things change!
