Good morning. The surf is running ankle to maybe shin high at best. The wind is blowing out of the ENE at 9-10 mph and the air temperature is 26 degrees at the Pier. Low tide was at 4:24 this morning and high tide is at 5:41 tonight. The models changed a little bit over night. The surf may build a little bit by this afternoon but it looks like our next chance of real surf is going to be either Friday afternoon or Saturday. Saturday looks like a West swell and should be up all day. Have a great Wednesday and we will give you another surf report at midday.
This is Blue Surf Adventures surf camp report, located at the gorgeous beach of Santa Teresa in the pacific coast of Costa Rica.Good surfing today in Santa Teresa. Waves were pretty small, in the knee to waist high range, but conditions were super nice and clean. Glassy water in the morning and clean open waves at the peak upfront Blue Surf Sanctuary, a gorgeous boutique and surf destination hotel and billabong sponsored surf camp. Strong onshore wind started blowing in the afternoon, and left the water a bit choppy for the sunset session, but still there were some fun waves to ride!
First outing with the GoPro. Mounted right on the board. Its too low. Cool video despite it..Extension arm will help. From the Balmy Monday that turned to Hell Frozen over by sundown!!
