Cape Hatteras, NC:
The wind is about 15 to 20 out of the WNW so the faces are clean, but the swell is out of the SSE and there is no real shape. There are a few that come in though that do hit the bar and you can get a really fun one.

the swell is a little mixed up but there are still a few coming through at the first jetty. The wind is lite offshore so it is relatively glassy. What a beautiful morning.

Cape Hatteras, NC:
Winds are out of the SW 15-20mph, so there is a slight bump in the wave. The swell is coming more easterly, so it's causing a lot more closeouts than lines to ride.

The swell is small and soft, but super clean. every once in a while a set rolls through and is ridable. With the lower tide around noon there might be a chance to start the New Years with a fun little session.
