Our recommendation is wait until the swell picks up. The crew was fine in 4/3 full suits with boots & gloves on Sunday. Good morning. The surf is basically flat. You have a small ankle high wave breaking ever so often. The wind is blowing out of the North at only 3-4 mph and the air temperature is 46 degrees. Low tide is at 8:46 this morning and high tide is at 10:14 tonight. The models are showing some small surf building on Thursday and we should have surf Friday through Sunday with maybe an offshore session that Monday.... My fingers are crossed for that one :) Have a great Tuesday and we will give you another surf report at midday.

This is Blue Surf Adventures Santa Teresa Surf report, located at the gorgeous beach of Santa Teresa in the pacific coast of Costa Rica.Very good surf today in Santa Teresa. The beach break was breaking very nicely and some point breaks as well. Waves were in the head high range with few slightly overhead sets at exposed breaks. Conditions were nice and clean all day, especially after 9 am, early morning looked a bit untidy. Lots of fun rides at the peak upfront Blue Surf Sanctuary, a gorgeous boutique and surf destination hotel and billabong sponsored surf camp.
