Please, Please, Please stop hyping up hurricane swells. Just watch the forecast and make your own assumptions.
^^^ It's shaping up to be...riiiight. "I just want to get one ride before swellinfo says it has fizzled out. There's tourists on both sides, I'm not gonna paddle to Bermuda!"
As of the latest, many areas will see small to moderate southerly swells from this storm with the biggest surf being along the outer Banks. The track and strength of the storm over the next 48-60 or so hours will be most crucial, before it gets picked up by a strong SW flow and move quickly out to at the end of the week.
