Has anyone ever had experience with "JK Surfboards", or "Tower Surfboards"?; looking for a fairly cheap flatwater SUP. Boards seem to be reasonably priced, but tough to by something I haven't been able to see in person.

At least you guys were helpful, actually a SUP is not a kayak so that would be even more ridiculous than the answer you gave me. I never did say it was considered surfing, but it is considered a surfboard. If your going to be an a** why even waste the time. Forums are usually for people to converse with others and receive insight on a topic of interest not to try and blow up your ego more than it really is cause you can't see the person, maybe you should be going to a different forum cause you obviously have a problem speaking with people and I put flat water cause I have never used one yet just ride a surfboard right now, it will be used in the ocean in flat water until I can start riding waves with it...callmedaddy, your 11 hours from the beach do you even know what surfing is or even seen the ocean

I wish the atlantic was actually as playful as "atlantic"....

You walked into this one, a huge thread just went down about how much SUPs stink it up for everyone. No group hug, this time.

lol I dont live 11 hours from the beach. Loosen up bra, aloha is in the air....

Ask SUP question (especially flat water), expect to get thrown under the bus on swellinfo.

Why the hate? He asked an honest question, and a lot of surfers also use SUP's. Besides, anyone that uses the word "bra" needs to stay far away from any intelligent conversation.

usually when there are no waves the ocean is flat requiring me to paddle on flat water, would have been more specific if I knew you were going to be so dense. Yea fully aware of the thread on how much SUPs stink it up for everyone, but when there are no waves need something else to do as well and when there are i know its common sense to stay away from others on a board that big.
