if the suit fits..... new materials are lighter and more flexible than ever. a good store will help you with fit, but generally, it should be snug, but not constricting. it will stretch with use, so if there is slack, it is too big. many brands have several combinations of height and weight dimensions, but they differ from brand to brand, so get the fit chart for the brands you are considering. hope that helps
