WTF man! what is up with the surf this winter? according to the forecast pages it looks like we have Lake Atlantic taking place for the next couple weeks... at least.
At least you guys in Jersey scored some good days... LI was blown out for most of those days you guys got...
I suspect Gov't involvement here. lol.

You say that you are from "AROUND" Seaside....so you aren't a true local and have no business keeping people out. Ahh you Seaside guys are all from Toms River anyways. Those guys scare easily anyways.

Benny's and the South Jersey shoobie are what stimulates the coastal economy. They are here for barely three months a year.......Enjoy them........meet girls or guys.......Work and get money so you can drink. They are here for three months...three months......the worst three months of the year...it's all hot out and shoot. Get a grip and relax. Tourists can be fun if you have the right mindset. Plus you have EJ's there.......drink ......watch the northside of the pier.....watch horrible North Jersey slutty girls walk by......It gets lonely in Seaside during the winter.

Yeah, some people hear about this "Locals Only" thing and figure they'll give it a go.

Dude, I'll be up in a few weeks. Hey man can I move in with you? I know a few people in the Babylon/Islip area. I clean house, Mister. I make house nicey and make dinner too.... Just joking around, Mfitz. Thanks for your graciousness towards outsiders. It is a good attitude to have.

Y'all hang in there. March will be good. Maybe even in late Febrauary. It's coming. You'll get waves again.......check out the thread for flat day fun.

Oh people get stirred up when you yell insults at them, right? People get upset at me on here. Yeah I know I don't get it either. But anyway, For a nominal fee, I will come to anybody's stretch of coastline and yell at the ocean. If the ocean is anything like this website, I should have it stirred up and angry in no time. And y'all can surf again.

Or I own a beach house in seaside and i go there every weekend and all the time in the summer?!
and i've heard a 100000000 times that there would be no stores on the coast without Benny's.

MOST Benny's are kooks who get pulled out into rips and get in your way
Im not saying that every Benny's a kook, im saying the trashy guys who do get in your way, are kooks

So you think you're a local cause you're a weekend warrior at your parents beach house?

Everyone is quick to judge outsiders without thinking first about where they come from...

You know who cares where you are from. If you're on it...you're on it. If you're respectful to others....you're respectful to others. Area and zip codes don't really matter. Just find your own peak...spread out...first come...first served. Do give dudes who have dedicated their lives to a certain spot your respect. If you haven't surfed that jetty for the last twenty years then don't think you're entitled to peak positioning. Pay your dues, work you way up, and show you're dedicated and serious. The rewards will come your way.

Oh skippy, do Bennies really get in your way that much? Now, I will admit your Bennies are WAY worse than my "shoobies." I can see your point there. Maybe you are right. Oh God I'm having Seaside Heights summer time flash backs right now......OMG..........NOOOO, another steriod abusing, gold chain wearing, Iroc driving, slick backed greasy hair guy..........oh no there's some Newark drug gang members over there...........OMG is that fat chubby girl, with the Elvira hair-do wearing any pants? Scary, scary place. Dang that place makes Wildwood seem quaint, if you ignore the projects and stuff. Wildwood is more inner-city, in ceratain areas, but isn't quite the freak show.

Growing up in Cape May for about the first 25 years of my life, then moving to Monmouth County for the last 20 or so, I can compare the South Jersey tourists from the North Jersey tourists pretty accurately...

South Jersey tourists are mostly from PA and Canada, are relatively friendly, admire the locals for their laid back lifestyle, and like to hook up with them whenever possible. I looked forward to them coming to town, and looked forward to them leaving.

North Jersey tourists are mostly from the wealthy and/or urban areas of NORTH North Jersey and New York, are extremely UNfriendly, either look down on the locals or think they are locals, and look for others of their ilk to hook up with. I only look forward to them leaving.

Maybe things have changed in South Jersey since I lived there, but that was my take...

Yo, really? Good deal. I haven't watched The Weather Channel yet today, but I'm hoping something pops up this way tomorrow. I need to get wet desparately. It's raining here but we don't have any wind brewing yet. Gotta check the weather man.

Wow, I'm stoked for you Mr. Super Fish. I love the sunset sessions. Especially winter ones......ahhh the quiet peaceful feeling you get at dusk in the winter after a surf.

Oh, when it's cold out, isn't putting the heat on your car to the feet the best thing ever? I just love that....get all cozy and shoot

Today actually looked sort of fun from couch surfing on the cams. Kind of bummed I didn't make the trip. Most of the forecasts said it was going to be flat, but one rightly called for the slight bump.
