You have to be in the secret society. Stayabovetheweather are a organized sand bar distribution group. They meet with people in all areas that allow them to build massive clam shell reefs, barge/sand distribution/tire reef etc. They are all at secret locations mainly offshore shoal/ barrier islands. Alot of money involved. Good luck finding the spots though.
Last night, while driving on RT 9 north of Courthouse, a hairy, bipedal, human like creature ran across the road in front of my car. After recovering from my initial shock and horror, I realized that it had a "local" sticker stuck on the fur near it's a$$. Bizarre.
