I have never worked a transaction with such an awful company. I purchased a trac pad and leash from Jacks Surfboards website. From then until now the following things happened... I recieved a phone call saying the leash wasn't in stock and the money I paid for it would be returned once the trac pad was DELIVERED. It took 5 days for the trac pad to deliever and for me to recieve my money back. Upon getting the trac pad they literally stuffed it in the box so that the slide is flopped over and bent. That was me after unfolding it. While it was completely folded in the box it was awful looking.
yeah, i know. i have a weird hobby of collecting the anime ...Lost girl tee shirts and have to deal with online shops. Tactics and Killerdana are the only two that i've had good experiences with.
