#1 best thing to do right here...**** the drinks, get a gallon of water and drink half in the am then half in pm. Then GO to a sauna everyday for atleast 20-30 min. You will smell the nastiness coming out of you. Just try it, I was in your position 4 days away from being ****ed, got in the sauna a few times and BOOM! I was good to go baby.

good luck. for every success story there are 10 from people who lost good jobs all because they refused to quit a stupid high-schooler drug.

High schooler drug? Come on, really? Sorry some of us didn't grow up and graduate to heroin or pills.

if you put your livelyhood in jeopardy due to wanting to smoke some weed, you most certainly never grew up.

Livelihood? Define livelihood... What you accomplish in life? How you are as a person? How active you are? What would you tell those who are adults with careers that just started smoking weed... you never grew up? Just curious on how your mind thinks.

Why not give it up? When I joined the Army in 1983 it was full of drug use & it was a mess. Within 1 year after joining, the Army started mandatory drug testing. Best thing they ever did. By the time I retired in 2005, the military was/ is a great organization. Admittedly, it’s not for everyone, but the institution was improved by forcing people on drugs out. It gave me a great career & all I had to do was follow the rules. You can live without it- why not?

Some of you people are just dumba**'s. Whats wrong with coming home from a long days work and ripping the bong, or rolling a doob and just relaxing?? I'm not doing it at work, nor am I affecting anyone else by doing it. And pumpmaster a "high schooler" drug. Your a moron, and just by that quote itself shows what you know, and how much of an arrogant idiot you are. Understood it's a huge risk to smoke, and then hope to get a good job if they drug test, but who the f*ck are you Kookmaster?.........

Some people just make me laugh.... Livelyhood in jeoporady!! OH NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

Kudos to you! But how did it ruin your life? If that wasn't sarcasm, and about what age did you decided "Up with hope Down with the Dope!"

like it or not, right now cannabis is illegal or marginally legal for most of you and it is a reality that you must deal with sensibly to be able to enjoy your pastimes. that means you have to be careful when you are in jeopardy and, ideally, find a career where no one makes you p!ss in a bottle often, if at all (the cops i know don't get tested unless they shoot someone). also, VOTE. well, i am off to the dispensary...

yeah... grow up and do ADULT drugs like alcohol and tobacco, both legal with a real, documented potential to kill yourself and others...at public expense.

i let it ruin my life because all i did was surf and smoke...was at private school my whole life and barely got into a college...smoke from about 15years old to 26. all i wanted to do was be stoned...4year freshman never ended up finishing...got my life back on track after a while but things would def be different if i wasnt always baked. around 26 years old after enjoying several drugs for years i just woke up one day and stopped. something clicked in my head and i got back into working out and running and the beach and ocean all together. i didnt surf for like 5 years because i did "grown up" drugs once i moved to miami. anyway...i just take care of my body and spend all day outside just being active. i work for myself from home so i have a real loose schedule. once you do the hard part and make the desition you want to change something in your life the actual act of doing it is easy

Maybe we should be discussing how a brainwashed state of being is jeopardizing all of our freedoms....instead. Have you stop to question why a drug test is needed in order to make a living? Has it not registered to you that harder drugs (Smack, Coke, and all pills) are clear of the body in 72 hours or less, and that only cannabis users are being "weeded" out by these test? I'm sure you're thinking something like "I don't want a weed head driving the city bus into my car" or something like that......Now ask yourself this, would you rather have a coke head driving the bus?

What people do in their personal time, IS THEIR PERSONAL TIME. That $8 or $28 an hour job is not paying for their every breath. Should a company have the right to tell you that you can't eat fatty foods or have anal sex? I'm mean they're siting public health and clean living. You are way more likely to fall asleep behind the wheel after a large steak. And the other....well it's just gross. "We are going to need a blood sample and a rectal swab before you can start the job"......Still sound like a good idea?

How you preform your duties is what matters. Of course you shouldn't go to work high, drunk, rolling, or even hung over. You shouldn't be anything other than clear headed and ready to work. But what one did last Friday night (smoke a joint), shouldn't have any bearing on their ability to work (teach a class, drive a bus, sale a product) Tuesday morning.

To put this in even greater prospective, I am an employer. I have a staff of wonderful people working with me. I refuse to drug test them, I believe it to be an evil invasion of government and business into ones life. Out of respect for our founding fathers, who knew well the danger of dictatorial government, I don't use money to buy, bribe, or course them out of their fourth amendment rights. They are judged on how they preform their jobs. I have had NO problem "weeding" out bad employees......no drug test needed.

Your quote says "I swear -- by my life and my love for it -- that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine." Practice what you preach.

    Freedom of Choi!

Dirtymomma... if you could see me right now... I am standing and applauding. Quick abbreviated story reflecting some of what you said... a friend of mine was applying for a government job, during the interview they asked if he had friends who smoked pot and how he felt about it, his reply..."I find it hard to believe that they still do something so childish." My retort to that was "well, I find it hard to believe that we have friends in their mid-30's who still once or twice a week get fall down drunk and basically erase a day due to drunkenness and a hangover. That's what I find childish." Now this is a smart guy, and that totally blew his mind to juxtapose weed with drinking in that light. Not that everyone who doesn't "do weed" goes on the load 2x a week, but it's far more socially acceptable to tie one on than it is to smoke pot at home... if you don't recognize the operant Pavlovian conditioning in that attitude toward drugs, I don't know what to tell you.

    ps...

Scrolling through the replies... it's disheartening that so many anti-drug people are so condescending and are so eager to force their opinion on others. Someone asked the question (paraphrasing here), "Why not live without weed?" Well, that's a great question. I know of another great question "Why live without weed?" You know what the answer to both is? Freedom of Choice. You don't smoke pot and it works for you? Great. Super. I am so happy for you. You smoke pot and it works for you? Great. Super. I am so happy for you. Get the drift? It's not about drugs... it's about personal freedom. People who smoke pot have a legit gripe about it being illegal. It's at least on equal footing with alcohol when it comes to bodily harm, it's doesn't really hurt anyone else... there's just no statistically supported evidence that shows why it should be illegal... so why is our freedom of recreational choices being limited? $$$$$$$$$$$$$ Somewhere someone at Anheiser-Busch, someone in big pharma, and someone in our government is getting paid with the same money, and legalization of weed would interfere with that. I am sure this gets dismissed as conspiracy theory, but I don't see how anyone can rule it out of the realm of possibility.

Hilarious to me that pot is considered a problem when painkiller addiction slowly eats our youth.

pps... this is not the forum for this...
